By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order. 

General Information

Cozy Heritage Soapery & Goods is a small, family-run business that handcrafts soaps, candles, and home goods in small batches. All of our products are made with care using natural ingredients. 

By using our website, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian to make a purchase.

Product Information

Each item is handcrafted, so variations in color, shape, and scent are completely normal. We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but due to the handmade nature, slight differences may occur.

 Our products are for external use only! Please review the ingredient list before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin, or do a small patch test before use.

While our soaps and skincare are made with ingredients known to help with dryness and irritation, we do not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. 

Orders & Payment 

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Shopify or other approved payment providers.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product availability. 

Shipping 

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once shipped, Cozy Heritage Soapery & Goods is not responsible for delays caused by postal carrier.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to us at cozyheritagesoaparyandgoods@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Returns & Refunds 

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items. If there's an issue with your order (such as a damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We'll happily offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

Cancellations 

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

All content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and descriptions, is the property of Cozy Heritage Soapery & Goods. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without written permition.

Limitation or Liability 

By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that Cozy Heritage Soapery & Goods is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, pr individule results. Always test a new product on a small area first. 

Changes to These Terms 

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this website.
