Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we cannot accept returns for used soaps, skincare or candles for safety and hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at cozyheritagesoaperyandgoods@gmail.com with photos of damaged items with original delivery packaging and your order number. We'll gladly replace or refund affected items.

A: Yes. Our family has sensitive skin, so every recipe is formulated to be gentle, moisturizing, and comforting.

Q: Do you use synthetic dyes?

A: No FD&C dyes. We color with clays, botanicals, mineral pigments, and ethically sourced mica.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are processed in 3–5 business days, then shipped via USPS (3–7 business days).

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Due to the nature of skincare, we can’t accept used returns. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
