Refund policy

Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we cannot accept returns for used soaps, skincare or candles for safety and hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at cozyheritagesoaperyandgoods@gmail.com with photos of damaged items with original delivery packaging and your order number. We'll gladly replace or refund affected items.
