At Cozy Heritage Soapery & Goods, every product is handmade in small batches with care. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packaged before shipping.

We currently ship within the United States using USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after shipping (depending on location).

We take great pride in wrapping each order safely and beautifully, but if your package arrives damaged or missing items, please reach out within 24 hours of your delivery at cozyheritagesoaperyandgoods@gmail.com with photos of the original delivery packaging, items that are damaged, and your order number, and we'll make it right.

A: Yes. Our family has sensitive skin, so every recipe is formulated to be gentle, moisturizing, and comforting.

Q: Do you use synthetic dyes?

A: No FD&C dyes. We color with clays, botanicals, mineral pigments, and ethically sourced mica.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders are processed in 3–5 business days, then shipped via USPS (3–7 business days).

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: Due to the nature of skincare, we can’t accept used returns. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
